I saw this post and could not help writing my experince with Lenovo. We ordered one monitor in January and we have been contacting the company about its delivery date. Still could not get a fixed date on that. Its really frustrating.

Yes Alex! The gut instinct is something we can not imitate from these leaders. We can learn from their other tactics, but gut instinct, we have to go with our own. So that decides our success or not.

Read that too today, Dell is an amazing entrepreneur without doubt. I always admire guys that go with gut instinct and feeling in the face of massive obstacles e.g IBM, big computer co's.
