Hi Aditya, I feel efficiency and effectiveness go hand in hand. A person who is more effective and less efficient will not succed & same is true for reversal. Yes Mitali, you are absolutely correct. I've already said, that efficiency is must. First, we have to achieve that. Then once we achieve that, we can not stop there. Our next step is to achieve effectiveness. So effectiveness without efficiency is not possible. In my opinion, efficiency is the foundation of effectiveness.
